AGM 2025 and Model Competitions
The AGM for 2025 will be held online, using Zoom, on Sunday 14th September.
AGM Agenda and reports were circulated with the Magazine and Newsletter. The minutes of the previous AGM are available to members in the members only section of the website. The password details for the member's only section are available for each member on Membermojo.
The Online Model Competition 2025
Voting details will be emailed to all members in September 2025, voting closes at 23.59GMT, 11th September.
The entries are in four categories, and can be viewed through the links:
- Locomotives (scratch built and kit built) , winner (L1) GWR Railcar, by Duncan Fogg
- Locomotives (ready to run conversions) , winner (R2) Dapol Terrier "Stepney", by Tom Blount
- Coaches and non-passenger coaching stock , winner (C1) Highland Railway 6 coach set, by Anthony Yeates
- Freight Stock , winner (W4) 3x BR 16t Minerals, by Kevin Knight
- Other items , winner (O3) Barque James Craig, by Ross Balderson
( the category, Locomotives (scratch and kit built), didn't attract enough entries to require a vote, but the Chairman and Competition Secretary both felt it was sufficiently good to be well deserved of winning the category ).

The model competitions were held as part of "Expo" at Derby in May 2025. The Guest Judge was Steve Duckworth.
